My Story
Lauren Spencer MA, LPC, CYT is a Licensed Practicing Counselor who received her Masters in Counseling from Regis University in 2014. While pursuing her Masters Lauren also received a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher Certificate. Lauren has studied the body in depth and integrates yoga, shamanic healing, energy work, womb healing, heart awakening, and ceremony into her private practice. Lauren is also a Reiki Master, apprenticed under a flower essence practitioner, trained in Mayan Abdominal Massage, WATSU I, and completed many trainings and courses to help women embody their Divine Feminine Essence.
